Calzedonia fashion brand challenged us to create an engaging team building action that could also bring together the marketing department and the sales department. An action that would be physically demanding and capable of inspiring the team spirit.
In a first stage, we sent each participant the necessary equipment for the event, leaving hints for what was to follow.
The training camp started with a recruit training and a mini-military warm-up with specialized trainers. Then, a series of activities designed to strengthen interpersonal relationships among colleagues were followed – their success depended directly on teamwork. After sharing the experiences with each other, the participants celebrated with a special dinner.
